SAFE HAVEN'S VETERINARIANS

Dr. Patti McCormack and vet tech Julie Kirby of Kreature Komforts Animal Hospital in Sparks, NV, bring years of experience and expertise in wildlife and exotic animal care to our facility.

Dr. McCormack graduated with honors from the UC-Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 1990. At Kreature Komforts, her specialties are the surgical and medical care of small animals, exotics, and pocket pets. Her time at home is occupied by her husband John, their four children, and their dog, cats, and turtles.

Julie Kirby, the Senior Technician at Kreature Komforts, graduated with the first class of Licensed Veterinary Technicians from Truckee Meadows Community College in 2005. She has worked in various aspects of animal care in the Reno-Sparks area since 1988. Julie and her husband Joe enjoy life on their small farm with their horse, a pygmy goat, chickens, pigeons, dogs and cats.
