History
Rose arrived with Siberian tiger Capone after being confiscated from the Edouard Zoo due to substandard conditions including lack of water, food, and veterinary care.
We agreed to accept both cats in 2018, but it took two years to arrive due to numerous COVID border closures. Finally, both arrived late November after their very long journey – first by air from Montreal to Dallas to San Francisco and then finishing the trip by ground transport from San Francisco to northern Nevada. Rose is 3 years old.
